What I learn
💡 Be more confident in explaining my design decision
Since it's my first UX/UI project, I sometimes felt uncomfortable facing other ideas from other team members. However, I learned to listen, understand others' perspectives, and appreciate feedback.
💡 Read Articulate Your Design Decision book
To handle disagreements better, I read Articulate Your Design Decision book. Now, I confidently consider ideas, politely explain why some ideas won't work, and suggest improvements. Clear respectful communication is the key.
