Scholengroup 26 Mandel en Leien is a Flemish high school, that aims to support students in their development into curious, responsible, critical citizens, who are aware of global challenges.

Administration part usually are so boring, even for teachers. The platform they currently use is Excel sheets, which is complicated for most of the teachers.

The latest government rule demands schools to report students’ scores in more specific way. Thus, this school needs to improve their administrative system.
To facilitate teachers to input their students’ scores in a simple and interactive way.

I analyzed several existing school platforms and educational software to identify common features, usability patterns, and areas for improvement.

I didn’t make wireframes because the school needs the platform to be done as soon as possible and I feel I can do faster without wireframes.
