She Cosmetics took the next step. From a beauty salon, to an online store selling Perfect Eyelash products and training beauty professionals. I had the pleasure of redesigning their website to make it more user-friendly and visually appealing.

Competitive research
I came up with these questions in mind:
"How do users choose to purchase in a trustworthy beauty e-commerce?"
"How do beauty webshops showcase their products?"
So, to get insights and inspirations, I observed some beauty web-shops that offer similar products and services just like She Cosmetics. The ones who sell beauty products, offer beauty trainings, and beauty treatments. I also searched online reviews from their clients to know what are their complains and what they appreciate about the webshops.
Later, after gathering these information, I analyzed this data and we adjusted based on She Cosmetics' users' needs.
Site map
I created a site map to know all the contents that will be on She Cosmetic's website, how many pages we need, and where contents located or grouped.
Organizing all contents neatly can help users search the contents easily and quickly.


Wireframes
To visually show my client the sneakpeak of the website, I created several wireframes of main pages: the homepage, training page, and webshop page.
The reason why I didn't create wireframes of many pages is because we use the Shopify template. The template doesn't give us much freedom to design.

I created and managed She Cosmetic's newsletter for a month to keep customers informed about discounts and upcoming events. This included designing the emails, writing content in English, and sending them out to subscribers. The newsletter helped engage customers, promote special offers, and increase brand awareness.
